The part that needed to be fitted was on back order and Laura kept be fully informed and was reserving slots in case it arrived. She also ordered a courtesy car without my asking and on the day it was super efficient. Quite simply 10/10!

Have used RCV previously to service a Freelander so went back with my Discovery Sport. Excellent level of service and having courtesy cars available is a bonus. You get Landrover levels of service (or better depending on your local dealer!) at around 2/3rds of the price. Would highly recommend.

Your receptionist ( sorry I’ve forgotten her name was extremely helpful from the outset and explained the controls on the loan car very clearly so we knew what to do! The engine symbol due to to blue tank being overfilled was dealt with and all is ok. The car is running very smoothly and we were very impressed with knowledge your receptionist and others had about questions I raised about the car .Finally I had expected it to be cleaned. But will certainly return. |

I have been coming to RCV over years now and the experience has always been fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who always treat me with courtesy and professionalism. A special mention for Laura who could not do more for her customers, always keeping me fully up to date with my repair status. The mechanics also should be noted because the service/repair is always carried out to an excellent standard. I have been to main dealers who have ‘charged the earth’ and upon returning the car the problem had not been fixed so it’s so refreshing to bring my car to RCV who I know I can trust.
Always fantastic service from the team. There has been an ongoing issue with my heating/AC on my Land Rover, and they have been fantastic at trying to find the issue.
My Defender 130 actually works now as it should. Makes a lovely change it not keep breaking down in the middle of nowhere. A Defender that works…. miracles never cease to amaze me!
Always efficient and polite nothing is too much trouble. Have been using you for years and one time when my Landrover had lost power and was making a noise you talked me back from the Lake District phoning me regularly to make sure I was ok, that’s what I call above and beyond! It was the first time I have used the services of RCV and I could not be more pleased with the efficiency and quality of the work that was carried out. Thank you also for suggesting that we replace the rear brake pads, as I am always keen on preventative or pre-emotive maintenance which can save time in the future, as well as keeping my vehicle in the best possible condition.
Apart from Main Dealer servicing packages when new, I have had my Land Rovers maintained by RCV for years. That says it all, really. They are a bunch of seriously impressive professionals and I have every confidence in them, which is why I am a very happy client.
I had a great experience as I was informed about my cars journey through R.C.V by Laura who let me know everything I needed to know this was important to me as the main dealership I had used in the pass were hard to get hold off and find out what was going on with my car. Fantastic service! Went over and above. Needed diesel exhaust fluid topped up but he mentioned at time of booking that the warning light was coming on for spare tyre/. The lady explained they are seeing this often with Rangw Rovers and there is a delay. Suggested doing nothing and monitoring but could replace sensor for £180 but their advice was to wait. When the car came in, they increased the tyre pressure and replaced the battery in the key, as it was low and I had not even remembered to mention that!! |

Short notice, emergency repair. The team ( Matt) spoke to the recovery firm (RAC) on location, giving them guidance. Having determined the problem RCV ordered the part before the recovery vehicle had delivered the vehicle to them, and subsequently managed to fit the repair into an already busy schedule, with the vehicle being ready the next working day . Top marks |
